In the pantheon of Spaghetti Western directors, nobody made films more quickly nor used more pseudonyms than Demofilo Fidani. With sparse story lines, hand-held cameras during fight scenes and intrusive but rousing musical scores often by Coriolano Gori, all twelve of his energetic low-budget opuses tended to work quite well and earned him a special place in the genre.
